I purchased GenoPro some years ago (can't recall which version)and got a Registration Key in the format XX-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXXXX.

I recently changed my computer (still using Windows XP) and downloaded GenoPro 2.5.4.1.  This displays my trees but if I want to save anything it asks for myRegistration Key ... however my Registration Key it is not recognised.

I must have had an account at some time, however I have changed my email address on a couple of occasions in the last few years and do not recall which one I registered with.


Can you help?  I need the system to recognise my existing Key ... or to generate another that is acceptable.


I can provide my old Registration Key and/or old email addresses if required.
