I have temporary
registration key
number and have
started
to set up maps. I want to
purchase
a
permanent registration key
. Will my temporary key number become my permanent key number ? I do not want to lose the maps that I have established with my temporary key.

When you purchase a permanent key, you simply copy & paste (or type) your new key where the temporary key was entered and you are good to go. Everything else will remain the same, and you will never see the registration dialog, unless you
install GenoPro
on a new computer. I can guarantee you will never lose any data, even in the case you uninstall GenoPro and reinstall it.

My computer crashed and I have a new one. I can't
find
my key. I purchased Genopro a little over a
year
ago. Can I get the key again? I don't want to have to purchase it again.

There is no annual charge for GenoPro, so your licence has not expired.
Go to

Click on the Manage link on

and copy/paste the key
