Hello, I couldn't
find
if this question is already answered.
I beleive there are various
options
available for published
trees
but I can't find where. I remember the screen that has my tree(s) listed and remember there were various options but I can't find it. Please
help
!!
I published my tree as public and now it is visible in the
search engine
. I want to remove it ASAP from the search engine. I want to keep the tree, but I want it not be visible to the search engines.
When it was pw protected it was not practical for my relatives.

On the
page
where you can password protect your tree there is a third option of Hidden. However I am not sure that this is sufficient to completely hide your tree. What it does (I think) is to
remove it from the list
published by GenoPro. Password is the best option it does not have to be a complicated one to remember if you just want to hide from Search Engines. Use your name. Not recommended for financial sites but good enough in this case. Who wants to hack a
family tree
?

appleshaw is right, setting to hidden will not remove it from the search engine. Being password protected is the best.
