I merged your 2 accounts together.  We do that on a daily basis.

Have you used http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx ?
You should be able to add/change passwords here, although I have never wanted to so so. This will not copy any saved files to the new account

I have 2 accounts.  One is paid and the other is this one.  I want to merge my two accounts.  I want to merge my paid account under e-mail account for jjjmartinez@ xyz .net with this one.  However, I want to use the password that I am currently using under the account for jjj50martinez@ xyz .com.  The reason is that I cannot receive a new generated password from GenoPro.  My IP pacbell.net will not allow any e-mail from genopro to reach me.
