You could well be in luck.  

The Latest GenoPro 2011 'Narrative Report' Skin allows for a Pedigree Link to have a Custom Tag named 'Classification' which when set to either Natural or Illegitimate reflects this in the report in the way that you require.  Smile

Hi,
   I would like to be able to modify the narrative report to be able to pick up a custom tag so that I can see if someone has an illegitimate child.

E.g. so that it can go from:
 Daniel and Aileen are living together.  They have an daughter named Isla.

to
 Daniel and Aileen are living together.  They have an illegitimate daughter named Isla.
