Cannot retrieve registration key

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 2.5.4.1 Last Login: Wednesday, November 26, 2014 Posts: 3, Visits: 0	I just downloaded GenoPro on my new computer after my old one crashed. However I get an error when I try to retrieve my registration code because my email server is declaring it spam and refusing to receive it, even to junkmail. I wasn't even able to use the password retrieval for the forum and had to create a new account. Is there a way to have it sent to my gmail instead? Also will there be a problem since I was unable to deactivate the program on the old computer?
