Issues Generating Report and Online Backup

Hi

At the risk of getting yawned at again, I'm still having issues generating a report.

My old one seems to have disappeared (I had taken a hiatus of 2 years working on my tree so I have no idea when it vanished) and when I try to generate a new one, I'm getting 

"The response from server invoking web method 'Login' is corrupted or unknown format"

Even though my login credentials are fine.

I have the message when I try to do an online backup.
