a recurring message has prevented any updating of the online data for our
family tree

The connection with the server was reset

Perhaps, this is an issue with requiring a new key that is compatible with GenoPro 2016? if not, I would need to know what setting to change to remedy this error. thank you.

Dear WebMaster,
Thank you for your quick response. I have reverted back to the
2011
GenoPro app, realizing that the
error
we are getting trying to generate a
new report
had nothing to do with the 2016
Beta Version
of GenoPro.
So, I am back to square one, trying to
find
out what the issue is this server reset error. I am attaching two jpg files that show my configuration (with the passwords hidden) as this is a forum. Thank you in advance for your
help
