Upgrade from 2011 to 2016 - Error 12169

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 3.0.0.3 Last Login: Wednesday, October 3, 2018 Posts: 8, Visits: 68	Hi Small problem - I received an email informing me of the new 2016 version & informing me it is a paid upgrade of $US15. It also quoted my reg key for 2011. Downloaded & installed new version then walked through the Registration Wizard. I double checked it was picking up the correct 2011 reg key. Unfortunately it does not give me the $15 upgrade price - it starts at full $49 Single User licence. Thanks for any help you can give. Here are screen shots of the process.
