GenoProX Exciting... but totally confused

I've tried to follow all of your different payment options, but can't figure out which one applies to my situation. To recap, I own a license, but haven't used your software in 3-4 years. Which payment model/upgrade do I need to choose to start using GenoProX on a mac? Very excited about this news.
