Author mistake made when changing email address

I am trying to access my account but I appear to have 2 separate accounts.

When I purchased Genopro the email account I had was a @utvinternet.com account but this account is no longer available to me and I
contacted yourselves about this with a new @gmail.com email address but this is listed as a new account with no access to
the original account.

I can't access the original family tree ( http://familytrees.genopro.com/33801/oneill/ ) to make changes/additions to it.
