I have been trying for the last hour to
install
and
upgrade
Genopro on a new
laptop
. For some reason you have two
registration key
numbers for me too. I know I need to pay another $15.00 for the upgrade from
2011
, however your site will not accept any credit card
information
at all. The message I get when it rejected 2 credit cards is: "Unable to process credit card transaction due to following
error
: "Object
reference
not set to an instance of an object". I have no idea what that means but would really like to get to work - probably not happening today, but please let me know what I can do.

Dear Sheila,
I noticed you attempted to
purchase GenoPro
multiple times and I voided the extra transactions before reading this message.
The problem was the email you used was @gmail
..
com (with the
double dots
before the com) making the email invalid, thus causing an error by the server when attempting to
send
your registration key by email.
If you have any other issue, please let me know.
