Hello
My intention is to list all
persons
First and Last Name and
Contact
information
(street + zip code +
city
+ email address), perhaps also telephone numbers.
When I :
1.
Find
with * from current tab (my purpose is to copy all lines)
2. Select Ctrl+A (select all lines)
3. Copy table from menu
4. Paste Ctrl+V or Paste into a new worksheet in Libreoffice I get message "All records were not copied" (
translated
from finnish text so the translation it not necessarely correct)
I noticed that it is not possible to get full address information with above mentioned Copy + Paste method.
Is there some other method in order to get all lines copied with all requested information (see above)?
BR, Jarmo

It seemed to work fine in Excel, but for step 4 I did a right-click and then Paste Special ...
Unicode
. No
error
message appeared.

Hi
Did you get also
Contact
information
(street + zip code +
city
+ email address) correctly?
I mean eg. for one person; "Wallnutstreet 15, 15400 City,
john.doe@gmail.com
"?

Ahhh, no .... the People Table is separate from the Contact Table, so you can't capture everything with one Copy and Paste since an individual or
family
may have
multiple contacts
.
Check out this older thread, re: generating a Contact List from your
tree
. I'm not sure if it will need tweaking to work for the latest and greatest version of GenoPro:
