Hi. I recently upgraded from a very old evaluation version of GenoPro to the latest 2019 version. Since installing the new version Windows does not recognise the GNO file type as being associated with GenoPro. It previously did recognise the evaluation versions as the program with which to open GenoPro files.  I've uninstalled both the evaluation version and the 2019 version and then reinstalled the 2019 version. Same problem. If I right click on a GNO file and follow the "open with" dialogue I'm offered the Notepad editor as the only option with which to open the file. While I can browse to the program's location and select it this does not fix the problem. I'm left with NotePad as the default program to open GenoPro. I can always open the GNO files from within GenoPro but not by double clicking on the files in windows explorer. I've followed some advice from elsewhere in the forum and browsed the registry where I find several instances of GenoPro Beta listed in the various registry keys along with GenoPro 2019. I notice that the program installs in Program Files (x86)/ GenoPro folder rather than in the standard Program Files folder. Not sure that's relevant but maybe?  My Windows 7 PC has been quite stable to date so I'm not too keen to mess with the registry unless I have to. Any ideas folks?
