Hi

I copied the genogram and paste it on word - only half is pasted. Why?
My version is GenoPro 2020.

Any updates on this? I'm experiencing the same issue with the latest Microsoft Apps (Word, PowerPoint) and WordPad. Using GenoPro 2020, v 3.1.0.1

it seems to work okay with display 100% scaling but not with the 150% scaling which is the default for our laptops. Can we have it fixed regardless of display setting?

Hi, it sounds like the issue might be related to how Word handles large or complex objects. GenoPro genograms can be quite detailed, and sometimes when copying and pasting, Word only captures part of the image. A few things you could try:
  1. Export as an image or PDF from GenoPro and then insert that into Word. This usually preserves the full genogram.
  2. Use “Copy as Image” in GenoPro instead of the standard copy-paste. eggy car
  3. Check Word page layout and zoom — sometimes the other half is there but outside the visible area.
These methods often solve the issue with incomplete pasting.
