Forum Newbie Gamma Customers GenoPro version: 3.1.0.1 Last Login: Thursday, November 3, 2022 Posts: 3, Visits: 20	Hi, Please help with this message: The attempt to connect to the server failed. This appears when I try to publish my tree to the website. I have done it successfully multiple times before, but now I cannot start generating the report. This is the entire message that I received: The attempt to connect to the server failed; please verify firewall settings, server name and port number https://api.genopro.com/ws.asmx What should I fix in my computer? I have not changed anything since the last time I published my tree. If I try to go to the site that is in the message I cannot open it, and says: This site can’t provide a secure connection
