Hello,
I bought a GenoPro license yesterday but I haven't received any key in themail. 
When I try to activate it with the "lost my password" option, itdoesn't recognize my email. 
 can you help me?

My research group of the University of the Basque Country is interested in getting a licence but we would like to know how would be possible to do it using the information from the University. I mean, not our personal bank account but the one from the University-
