Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 3.1.0.1 Last Login: Friday, September 20, 2024 Posts: 1, Visits: 3	I downloaded the trial version of GenPro on 9/16/2016 and then decided to buy a single user license. The problem is I cannot access what I bought. I deleted the trial version and have tried to install the version so I can add my key and move forward. Each time I try to download the new version, I continue to get the trial. It does not allow me to run the complete version and insert my access key. Help
