If you still have access to your old file use GenoPro OnLine Backup to save your .gno file. It does not save images'
Obtain a new copy of Genopro from https://genopro.com/download/
Check that your existing system has the latest version as there are slight, important, variations.
You need your registration key from your old system from https://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx
