I have only tested this on Windows 11 and for me it works fine. If it works for you on Windows 10 but not Windows 11 then that suggests to me that either installation or invocation on Windows 11 is incorrect. The change is just a very simple bit of VBScript that I cannot imagine working differently on the two Windows versions. Please check that you have copied the amended Lang.vbs to the same Report Skins Common\Code folder as shown as Skins Folder under the Options tab of the Generate Report dialogue.
Please also ensure you are actually viewing the same report you generated by clearing your browser cache before viewing the report.

So I tried as instructed and nothing changed (new windows 11), so tonight I reverted back and tried it on windows 10 and it worked fine. Showed titles rather than pathway on sources on windows 10 but not 11.

Try the attached amended Lang.vbs file replacing the one in your Report Skins Common\Code folder. This should just display the filename rather than the full path
