i had a disk problem and wanted to restore my pictures from familytrees
i try with filezilla to connect to ftp.genopro.com or familytrees.genopro.com but getting timeout
do i use my user or email for login at these hosts ?
is the server started or how to get my pictures back ?

There is an FTP client available that will connect you to your FamilyTrees environment.
You can download it from https://genopro.com/help/ftp-client/
Requires your username and password.

thanks for the info
genopro indicates you can use filezilla, what i was using
downloaded the ftp client from genopro and installing .net
when installed, trying again and giving feedback

some feedback
after installing all soft, I could connect to ftp site and reclaim pictures
minor question: there is a folder media and a folder pictures - they both keep pictures, but many more in media
what is the difference between both
