Don't worry. You have a great software. Although we are talking about Beta versions - GenoPro is a great thing and it is improving with each Beta. So the release of v2.0 won't be on January. Each delay is because of all the abilities GenoPro gets. The final product will be great. Whenever it is released.

Should be.  This is a feature for the future.  GenoPro 2.0 is running late behind schedule.

What if I have such individual(s) on my tree also?

Don't get me wrong. I think that this legend is great and it is a must and customizing it, is good option. However, I think that a solution should be found. For example: if I want to know how many people are in my tree I'm going to the Individual - table layout to see it. Now that there are more objects which are not related - this number is wrong. I then need to know how many objects are not a part of my tree and then calculate the correct number.

The legend must be vector-based because of the zoom.  Besides, a user may wish to customize the legend by removing unwanted/unused symbols.

Why not show this legend as picture or somthing similar?

Those individuals are excluded from the report, however will appear in the Table Layout.  Until GenoPro offers a genuine legend object, those legend symbol objects will behave as regular individuals.
