The familytress.genopro.com site is down again with the same error?
Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

I see the familytrees.genopro.com is back up and running.  Does anyone know what happened? Will it stay up or is this just temporary?

Can see usual file on computer and can generate it to pc but not when generated to online like others. So any back up file would make no difference to this issue?

Does anyone have a way to contact the owner, or manager of the genopro site to let them know of this problem? Is there only one person with site management capabilities?

Is there another site or location that could be used as an alternative web server?

I have my tree with around 400 people. It would be interesting to see the alternatives to raise the site or take the tree to another site suggested by the administrators

I have a large family tree site of the ancestors and descendants of my parents and my wife's parents with over 7000 individuals identified.  I had just sent out an announcement to over 50 current family members of the link to our familytrees.genopro.com genealogy report and the recipients couldn't get in to see it, thinking they were doing something wrong.

It looks like I am forced to figure out a way to host this site somewhere else where it will be available to our family descents long after I have gone.  It appears that this operation is a one man show, and something has gone drastically wrong.

Starting to get very concerned about my site down still as it's a very large file with connecting sub trees, and hundreds of connecting certs and photos.  I have had genopro for many years.  I even started to look at other apps to import a ged file and that would be so much work as many don't import fully such as marriage info and middle names.
Given how long this is taking, it's sounds very serious.  Can we know whether there is some positive progress?
