I came across Creately a while back by chance. It may be suitable for business applications and charting but it looked to me to be rather primitive as a genealogical tool. Visually, it is very unattractive.
It also has an ongoing cost if I remember correctly. Are you connected to the company?

Hi,Why not using a good alternative. Try - Creately's genogram maker. You can also download it as a PDF, image, or SVG or use the add-on to add to presentations and documents. So you can open the same from word so.
