HELP - Can't Access my old account

Author I have been in India for 5 years - no work on tree for that time; changed email; can't remember details of how I purchased GenoPro years ago. Is my research lost??

Hi Support,

Could you help me access my account as when I am using the "Forgot Password" option, the email confirmation was not being received on the email. Could you help me with my details so I could retrieve my registration keys?

We are planning to upgrade to the latest version and need those keys.

You should download and use GenoPro 2011, not GenoPro 2016. See https://www.genopro.com/2011/

I managed to access the program but after making changes I did not save
And writes about upgrading to 2016.
Why do I have to pay again?

As I saw there is a new GENOPRO 2016, I wanted access but impossible I didn't have my first adress mail (2003)
I didn't arrive to contact you so I create a new account with a message ..... and I don't see it :-(

In " my profile " I success to enter my goldenkey et create a back-up

Is it enough ?

Try logging in with your old email address - if you can remember the password. It does not have to be a working address; it is in effect a log-in name. If you can log in then go to http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx, which is the new accounts page and there is a link to a page containing the registration key.

Hi.  I have the same issue as the others in this forum.  I purchased GenoPro about three years ago, and my old computer recently crashed.  Also, my old email was discontinued, so I have no way to reclaim my registration key on my own.
