Can't open my students' genograms through Blackboard on GenoPro 2007

Author	When I attempt to open my students' genograms through Blackboard, I hear a deep "thunk" sound and it won't open the document.

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 2.0.1.6 Last Login: Thursday, May 5, 2011 Posts: 3, Visits: 3	Please help--I teach a Marriage and Family master's in counseling class for Liberty University, and I purchased GenoPro 2007 a couple of years ago. Over the past few months whenever I have attempted to open a genogram document (.gno) through Blackboard, I hear a deep "thunk" sound and it won't open the document. The genograms are due this weekend and I need to be able to grade them. I'd really appreciate help to get my GenoPro software up and running again so I can do the grading. Thanks!
