refund for extra key purchased inadventerly

I subscribed free evaluation key  on 9th Feb,2012 & was ready to purchase permanent key on 21st Feb,2012. While making payment online of USD 44.00, in the first instance my internatioal debit card was not accepted. Hence I used PayPal gateway & made the payment using same debit card. This time the payment was successful & I recd. ack. from PayPal as well as GenoPro. I recd. the permanent key on my Email..However I also recd. an extra key - second mail, & on checking my a/c I found that USD 44.00 has been debitted twice. So I am having two keys inadventarily & would like to return the extra key & request for refund. Please respond.

I sent you an email asking which payment method (PayPal or Visa) you prefer a refund.  I decided to issue your refund via PayPal.

On June 11th I purchased GenPro online. When the site said that the credit card payment didn't go through on the first attempt, I re-entered my credit card info. I now see on my card statement that I've been charged twice for my purchase. I only want one licence, not two, and would like a refund of the second one.

Also I never received an email with my receipt or Registration Key. Please look into this and advise. Is there a problem with the email address that I used: tja@aldertons.com

It takes a few days for the transaction to settle.

When you purchase GenoPro, you receive an email receipt with the invoice number, product purchase and amount paid.  You may print this invoice.  If you really need something more sophisticated, we can send you a PDF invoice by email.
