refund for extra key purchased inadventerly

Forum Newbie Customers FamilyTrees.GenoPro.com GenoPro version: 3.1.0.1 Last Login: Wednesday, October 14, 2020 Posts: 5, Visits: 35	I subscribed free evaluation key on 9th Feb,2012 & was ready to purchase permanent key on 21st Feb,2012. While making payment online of USD 44.00, in the first instance my internatioal debit card was not accepted. Hence I used PayPal gateway & made the payment using same debit card. This time the payment was successful & I recd. ack. from PayPal as well as GenoPro. I recd. the permanent key on my Email..However I also recd. an extra key - second mail, & on checking my a/c I found that USD 44.00 has been debitted twice. So I am having two keys inadventarily & would like to return the extra key & request for refund. Please respond.
