Popup contents blank?

When I'm on a individual's page, and I click either a place or a source, the popup frame shows, but is empty (apart from the close and maximize buttons. I customize my report skin, so my first thought was I'd broken the report. However I've just used downloaded & extracted & used the vanilla Narrative_2012.09.20 skin to create a completely new web report and this is doing the same thing: http://familytrees.genopro.com/HarryCaper/Waltons_acornoliveteal2/default.htm I get the same result in Firefox, Chrome and IE. Additionally I see the same problem when I look at powery's report http://familytrees.genopro.com/powery/ I thought it might be my machine, so I rebooted it - no change. I also connected to a citrix server at work, and get the same problem there. I'm confused Is anyone else seeing this? Any ideas why this might be happening? I'm hoping I'm having a senior moment, and everything is working really.
