I can't build my genogram because everything is gray'ed out. Help please I upgraded and paid so I don't understand why I am having this issue. Thank you. You add family members by clicking on an individual (square or circle) or a family (the horizontal line) and add parents (P) or children (S or D).

Can you screen shot and give me an example because it is seriously not allowing me to do anything. All I can do is select new, create two parents and a child. That's it. I have no idea how to do the rest. There are some significant changes since I last used this software so any insight you could provide would be helpful. Thank you.

If you copy the file from a CD to your hard disk, then Windows automatically makes the file read-only. The read-only is at the bottom of the Edit menu.
