Can't add family members (besides children and spouse)

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 3.0.0.2 Last Login: Thursday, April 7, 2016 Posts: 8, Visits: 15	See attached. I cannot add mother, father, and siblings. I can't build my genogram because everything is gray'ed out. Help please I upgraded and paid so I don't understand why I am having this issue. Thank you.
