assigned registration key too short

Forum Newbie Customers FamilyTrees.GenoPro.com GenoPro version: 3.0.0.5 Last Login: Friday, March 16, 2018 Posts: 9, Visits: 20	I was assigned a 2016 registration key in an support email from you as follows: GenoPro Support Forum http://support.genopro.com/ New 2016 registration key: 7NZ-xxx-xxx-ZKS Golden Key invoice # 6xxx (The xs are mine) When I try to use it the dialogue box always says," ...the registration key is not valid. You must enter the whole registration key , not just the first characters...". What am I to make of this? can you send a response to my email? Also, does the 2016 version open fdb files from Legacy Family Tree software? Cheers, Rob
