Getting errors trying to check for Updates and trying to upload a Tree...

The attempt to connect to the server failed; please verify firewall settings, server name and port number https://api.genopro.com/ws.asmx I get the following error when checking for updates: Connecting to GenoPro.com to determine if a newer version of GenoPro is available for download... The attempt to connect to the server failed; please verify firewall settings, server name and port number https://api.genopro.com/ws.asmx What needs to be fixed? Thanks!

Can you try to turn off your firewall or antivirus for 10 minutes and try again with GenoPro.
