Yes, the latest version of the folder {EN} Narrative Report is dated 2019.03.22 but that is essentially just the Dictionary.xml. But to clarify the guts of the Narrative Report is in the Narrative Common folder and so in fact to get the latest Narrative Report you need both.

Thanks, I re-upload my main tree yesterday, and the info at the bottom updated correctly:
"This genealogy report was generated by GenoPro® version 3.0.1.5 on 2020.3.5 using skin template {EN} Narrative Report (2019.03.22) with code base 2019.06.27 ." However, only the Home, Map, Events, and Help buttons across the top seem to work. When I hover over all the buttons, the correct help bubble pops up next to my mouse, but only for the buttons listed above does the correct url appear in the lower left. For all the rest (Individuals, Family Trees, Pictures, Occupancies, Places, Sources, Social Entities, and Timelines) it just says "java_script_:;" (ignore the underscores) and takes no action when I click on the button. Did I do something wrong on my end, or is this a common issue?

I cannot see your report on familytrees and so I cannot tell what is happening.
If you view the report under the Chrome browser then you can open the Developer Console by pressing F12 after clicking one or more of the non-functioning buttons and observe what errors are being reported on the console window. p.s. I have moved this discussion to this new thread to keep original thread uncluttered.

Here's what pops up on all the tabs that don't seem to work:

Thanks for the report. The Developer Console showed no errors so I looked deeper into the Code. Turns out it was most likely down to my absent-mindedness again!
I had commented out a line of code when testing previous amendments and forget to put it back again. Many apologies. I am a little surprised that it has been unreported until now.

Thank you for updating the Narrative Common file.
I re-uploaded my report, and all of it seems to work fine except for the Trees tab. A white screen appears in the lower right frame but no tree. I tried initially in Chrome, and then tried to open it in Microsoft Edge and Firefox browsers, but all three of them just show a white screen. I've sent you a PM to with my tree's address and password if you'd like to see it. Thank you in advance!

I saw this issue on the same day as you posted and have it under investigation. It is strange that if you click the tree icon next to the name on an individual''=s page the tree renders correctly.
Hopefully I will manage to resolve this problem soon.

The blank genomap issue is now fixed see support.genopro.com/Topic40340.aspxr
When the Narrative Report was designed eons ago it used html framesets which seemed a good idea at the time. Since then framesets have been deprecated due to potential security issues and browsers have continually tightened their checks on its usage. This has caused me many headaches in maintaining the Narrative Report having to jump through many hoops to keep it usable. Inter frame communication is now only possible via postmessage / receivemessage interfaces rather than the direct access originally used. This problem seems to have been a oversight on my part during this changeover. Another consequence of the use of html frames is that it is now not really viable to try and access html pages containing frames via a browser directly from the local storage e.g. opening via file explorer. If you want to keep your Narrative Report locally then you should access it via a local web server. There is an extension for the Chrome browser call 'Web Server for Chrome' that I have found easy to use.

Great!
Thank you so much! It works great now. Thank you also for the explanation to what the issue was, and for the work around to see the trees via the Individual screen.
