What's wrong? Does this work ok on your computer?

Yes. That's because I have Beta14 on my computer. Beta14 should be available this week Smile

Does that also solve the problem of the report writer not properly handling the links between Genomaps?

I think so. Beta 13x has a bug with spouses, children and siblings when hyperlinks are presents. This weekend, I completed the privacy filter, so I am currently fixing this issue.

If you need any help with testing or whatsoever, let me know. I have at least 100 pages when one of the other appears. (especially those were you have marriages between family members..... :-)

I know Beta14 is very late and it is not because am not procrastinating.  I have been working on it every days.  The narrative report is complete and all the phrases are in the language dictionary. Every line of VBScript has been re-written to include the new "phrase generator".  For instance, the routine IsPresent has been completely removed and without any close or distant substitute.

In the file config.xml, I have written the following:

My personal thanks to Ron Prior who designed the visual layout of this report, including the picture slideshow and the dynamic index of names toc_tree.htm.  He is also the author of narrative phrases which steered the development to create a built-in phrase generator to further simplify the process of writing narrative phrases.
Dan Morin.

I am currently upgrading the .gno file format to support new objects (bookmarks, entities, positions) for Beta 15.  This upgrade is a bit tricky because Beta 15 will likely upgrade the .xml file format, so I have to include those objects now, unless I create an additional Beta..

Thanks for the good news!

I will keep my fingers and toes crossed!

I feel this is probably even more awaited than the 13h with the first new report generator.

The improvements since June have been amazing.Tongue:
